(New York, NY) Indie rock band, Brother Moses, release the new visuals for their hit single, “Crazy Eyes.” Exclusively premiered on American Songwriter, they call the video “lighthearted – but slightly morbid.” This track comes from the band’s forthcoming album, Legends, set to drop August 26 via Missing Piece records.
Brother Moses began in 2014 when James Lockhart and Moses Gomez came together while studying at The University of Arkansas. The collaboration produced their debut EP, Thank You For Your Patience. The EP was praised by Independent Clauses, who said, “the lyrics are memorable, the melodies are tight, and the instrumental work is solid, but the overall mood of the piece is its greatest takeaway.” In the spring of 2015, the band teamed up with now full-time members Matthew Heckmann (bass) and John-Lewis Anderson (guitar, keys) to record their forthcoming album. The band traveled from their hometown of Fayetteville, Arkansas to Los Angeles to record this project with producer Raymond Richards (Local Natives, Avid Dancer, Ferraby Lionheart).
With their latest release, “[Brother Moses] have not only set up a style for themselves, but they have set themselves apart.” (Arkansas Traveler) Follow Brother Moses on their official website and social media for 2016 tour dates and new music!
