Arab-American Producer-Singer Emad Alaeddin Bridges Ethnic Gap With Infectious Single ‘All My Lovin’

Music always brings people together and that is especially true with this new song from Emad Alaeddin called “All My Lovin.”  The song first premiered on Songwriting Mag and is Emad’s first move to bring two cultures together at such difficult times in song.

Emad is an Arab-American producer-singer who grew up between the US and the Middle East, and has an amazing comeback story.

The first Arab to be nominated at the Los Angeles Music Awards in 2007, then winning two songwriting awards in 2008, Emad Alaeddin saw breakout success with his first release, “Sunshine,” which received heavy rotation on MTV Arabia, and covered the radio waves of the Middle East and the internet, resulting in several notable features including on the cover of UMen Magazine in 2011, and in the prestigious  Rolling Stone Magazine. However, his time in LA was cut short when he was called to the Middle East to be with his family. Though initially very successful, his family business had encountered unexpected turbulence, due to backdoor dealings between its competitors and the local government, resulting in the company being forced to shut its doors. With the entire family fortune lost, Emad embarked on a soul-searching journey.

Emad returned to the LA music scene with nothing but a notepad, a mic, and a dream. To make Love, Loss, & The In Between a reality, Emad turned to crowd-funding, while self-teaching production and mixing techniques. The result is a highly personal LP, with tracks in both Arabic and English, representing both sides of Emad’s heritage. His music blends Western instruments with subtle vocal stylings reminiscent of the Middle East. With a fascinating story, and a multi-colored approach to his artistry, Emad Alaeddin is certainly the one to watch!
