“Come to Mary” is the latest track from the Washington D.C. pop-punk group The Split Seconds. The song’s off their upcoming self-titled album (from Holy Mother Records), due out July 8th.PunkNews.Org describes the track as follows:
“Come to Mary’ is firmly rooted in the power-pop of late 70s Stiff Records. The band clearly has an affinity for Elvis Costello’s sparse, catchy lines and on this track, they take that simplicity and rev it up with a little modern pop-punk. This tune is short, simple, and sweet.”
