New Music Monday: RoseMary Fiki, Beyoncé, and more

Here’s some new music for your manic Monday:

First up is the new track “Shapes” by Nigerian-American rock-soul singer out of Philadelphia, RoseMary Fiki.

The song is accompanied by a cool music video that was directed by M. Larsen and Karl Hicks and was inspired by Andy Warhol, Basquiat, American Horror Story, and The Walking Dead. The song is the lead single off of Fiki’s sophomore album ‘The Great Unknown’.

Fiki worked with Karl Hicks and producer Wriggz Durigorous to create the song.  Fiki had this to say about the single: “Lately, I’ve been very inspired by Bjork and Radiohead. For this single, I really wanted to delve into synth and electronic instrumentation.”

ICYMI, Beyoncé just released a new song yesterday titled “Die With You.” Check it out below.

Check out Toro Y Moi’s new track ‘Run Baby Run’  from his upcoming album, ‘What For? which will be released tomorrow April 7th.
